At DigiNet Creation, we sell digital products (such as downloadable eBooks, templates, and files) and physical products made-to-order through our trusted production partner, Gelato. Please review our Refund and Returned Funds Policy carefully:
1. Digital Products All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital product once your order is confirmed and delivered. Please make sure to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. 2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand) All physical products are custom-made when you place your order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is: Defective Damaged Incorrect (wrong item or wrong design) If you experience an issue with your physical order: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
